Our small-batch blend sources the highest-quality Arabica coffee beans from cooperatives of small landowners in Brazil, Ethiopia, and Mexico. They’re specialty-grade Arabica beans — naturally high in antioxidants for heart and brain health — and create a clean, balanced cup.
Taste - smooth, velvety, roasty
Francesca is a balanced medium/dark roast with a velvety-smooth texture, subtle roasty flavor, and hints of nuts and chocolate cherry.Arabica beans are behind that signature taste — prized for their natural sweetness and layered flavor that never turns bitter.
THE NAMESAKE - FRANCESCA
We named this coffee after Francesca, our favorite chicken — the original “chick” on the farm. She’s sassy, confident, and struts like she owns the place, a total diva in the best way. But for all her attitude, she’s also the one who lets you scoop her up and carefully trim her fabulous Polish feather fro. Francesca has charm, personality, and heart — and we like to think this coffee does too.
